By enrolling in our classes, you agree to abide by these guidelines, ensuring a fun and safe environment for everyone.

1. Enrollment and Fees

To join our classes, you must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees. Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and fair. All fees must be paid in full before the start of the class. If you have any questions regarding payments, don’t hesitate to reach out!

2. Class Attendance

We encourage regular attendance to get the most out of your dance experience. If you’re unable to attend a class, please inform us as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds for missed classes, we may provide options for make-up classes under certain circumstances. Let us know how we can help!

3. Code of Conduct

Respect and kindness are the cornerstones of our community. All students, parents, and staff are expected to treat each other with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Let’s keep our dance floor a positive and uplifting space!

4. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please inform your instructor of any health concerns or injuries before participating in class. We recommend wearing appropriate attire and footwear to ensure a safe dancing experience. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity.

5. Media Release

As part of our community, you may be photographed or filmed during classes and events. By enrolling at Celtic Rhythms Dance Academy, you consent to the use of these images for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know!

6. Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the start of the term will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before classes begin.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in our classes after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
